Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Contact us at sales@bitsandbobs.eu within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
